I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent, above and beyond service I received from you agent, Arlene Delgado Ingram when looking for a house.

With only three weeks notice and placed on a very strict deadline, I had to find a place to live during the Thanksgiving holiday, I had the good fortunate to meet Arlene. She worked with me for several days, late into the evening and on weekends. I know agents make the most earnings assisting individuals in buying homes verses leasing or renting; Arlene did not show any distinction. She was extraordinarily gracious. She made great recommendations. In fact, when I finally selected a location out of desperation Arlene knew this and she continue to look for a home with my original requirements. Yes, she found me a home in my desired location and with my desired space and features. My family has truly enjoyed this house and we had a great holiday and a lot was attributed to Arlene.

I am in the customer service industry and I can only tell you Arlene's efforts speak well for Remax. Next year at this time I am sure to be contacting Arlene to assist me in my quest to locate a house to buy in this area.
